Abstract: The purpose of this proyect was to systematize documentary field work of audiovisual consumption (films and series) of men and women aged 15 to 29, before and during the mandatory confinement by the Covid-19 of the year 2020. With a qualitative approach, through the review of the interviews, we sought to analyze this cultural practice and its variations due to the pandemic. Among the outstanding results is that the interviewees seek to see themselves reflected in the productions they view, and that the chosen content is related to their state of mind or the situations in their lives. Likewise, the company is a determining factor for certain consumption decisions, and the choice of devices depends on the simultaneous or subsequent activity they carry out. In conclusion, the quarantine readjusted certain habits, but not the selection criteria, many increased their consumption time and few expanded their content to the usual.
