| es_EC |

With the main objective of determining the causes of work absenteeism in times of COVID-19, in the company Zambritisa S.A. A quantitative methodology was used, taking the survey as an instrument for collecting information. The survey format is structured by four general items and eight questions, which seek to diagnose the causes of absenteeism in times of COVID-19 in the company Zambritisa SA The sample for the present investigation is made up of 196 collaborators who were selected randomly without the use of inclusion and exclusion criteria since the problem is generalized and affects each of the individuals.
