Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to focus on the development of attitudes and skills of educators in child care centers and their interactions with children, favoring learning and their well-being. It also describes the knowledge gathered in the formation of the month of November 2017 and the month of May 2018, taught by teachers Miek D'Argent and Sofie Vastman and the participation in the children's centers from the systematic observation, reflection, feedback, types of play, well-being and involvement. This description is systematic, based on experience, based on the use of tools such as the Iceberg, the STAR, the cinematographic report, and the use of concepts of exploration and types of play and levels of well-being and involvement, contributing significantly to the integral development of children. A document developed on the basis of authors such as the group PROMEBAZ, Loevers, Condemarín and the initial education curriculum.
